The battle was billed “Who Are You Picking”? The Mayweather vs. Mosley fight was dated to be held in MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, United States. Both fighters are battling to win the WBA World welterweight championship this coming May 1, 2010.
The fight was settled after the supposed to be opponent of Shane Mosley, Andre Berto called-off due to the earthquake in Haiti. Negotiations for a proposed matchup between Mosley and Floyd Mayweather Jr. immediately began afterwards and end with both sides agreeing the set date and venue.
